[Notice] Updates to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy

MindwareWorks Co., Ltd. will update its Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy to provide more detailed information about the processing of personal data for website analytics and clarify how users can manage their cookie preferences and withdraw consent.

After: Details on the use of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with user consent, including its purposes and the data collected.

(2) Retention Periods

Before: No separate GA4 retention information.

After: Separate explanations of the retention setting for user- and event-level data and the lifetime of analytics cookies.

(3) Outsourced Processing and Overseas Transfers

Before: No separate entry for Google.

After: Information on processing by Google LLC and related overseas transfers.

(4) Cookie Preferences and Withdrawal of Consent

Before: Guidance on rejecting cookies and changing settings.

After: Clarification that analytics cookies are disabled by default, with guidance on refusing or withdrawing consent and requesting deletion of data already transmitted.

(5) Privacy and Information Security Contacts

Before: Information security officer and staff contact information.

After: Separate identification of the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Chief Privacy Officer (CPO), and privacy contact.

3. Implementation of the Updated Policies

The updated Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy will take effect on December 7, 2026. From that date, you can view the updated policies through the “Privacy Policy” and “Cookie Policy” links in the website footer.
