Korea Rent-a-Car Mutual Aid Association was the first independent-corporation mutual aid association to receive formal establishment approval from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport under the establishment rules and procedures for mutual aid associations in the Passenger Transport Service Act. Unlike for-profit non-life insurers it is a non-profit corporation serving the substantive interests of the rent-a-car industry and its members, and it is a company whose real owners are its members, with key matters decided through member participation in the general assembly and the operating committee. Will & Vision, founded in 2006, is a specialist BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) operator providing contact centre, logistics, FM (facility management) and HR (human resource dispatch) services to 250 client companies across all sectors, including public, finance, retail, telecommunications, manufacturing and broadcasting.
