Beaverworks and MindwareWorks Jointly Develop an AI Customer Service Platform for the F&B Industry

MindwareWorks has signed an agreement with F&B technology company Beaverworks to jointly develop an AI-powered customer service platform tailored to the restaurant and franchise industry. As the first step, the companies launched a website AI chatbot in September 2026 and are continuing to enhance it.

The collaboration combines Beaverworks’ operational experience in kiosks, point-of-sale (POS) systems, table ordering, and unattended retail with MindwareWorks’ chatbot, voice bot, AI contact center (AICC), and customer service platform technologies.

The companies plan to bring together information on customers, franchisees, stores, equipment, and service histories currently distributed across multiple systems. They will also establish a data and knowledge foundation for consistently managing kiosk manuals, frequently asked questions, customer service records, and troubleshooting resources.

This foundation will support further improvements to the chatbot for store owners and customers, as well as tools for sales teams, internal staff, and customer service agents. The planned service will guide users through questions such as kiosk operation and payment errors, with inquiries requiring further investigation or action routed to an agent or the relevant department.

Over time, the companies plan to connect customer touchpoints across phone, web, mobile, and messaging channels, while expanding into voice bots, AICC, agent assistance, ticket management, and field service integration. Beaverworks plans to deploy the jointly developed platform in its own customer service and operations before extending the business to support other restaurant and franchise companies.
