Deloitte Consulting signs a strategic MOU with MindwareWorks

Deloitte Consulting Korea and MindwareWorks have signed a strategic memorandum of understanding for generative AI initiatives based on AI Agents and Agent Workflows. The companies will establish a collaborative framework that combines consulting and technology platforms to help enterprises adopt and operate generative AI reliably in real business environments.

Deloitte Consulting will support AI strategy and implementation through its experience in industry-specific process innovation and digital transformation. MindwareWorks will provide its AI Agent Workflow platform and technical support, drawing on its experience in chatbot and AI contact-center deployments, to help organizations operate generative AI services suited to their business environments.

The collaboration aims to address enterprise challenges such as response quality, operational consistency, and integration with existing systems. It will help organizations pursue AI-Agent-based automation and digital transformation in a more structured way.
